No Returns or Exchanges

Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued in the event that a product is received damaged during delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Video Proof Required: A video recording of the unboxing process must be provided, showing the product from the moment of opening.
- Clear Evidence of Damage: The video must clearly demonstrate that the product was damaged upon opening.
- Time Limitation: You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with the video evidence.
Refund Process
If your video meets the above conditions, we will approve the refund. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to process.
